Internet Order Processing

• Orders will be received and processed 24 hours a day, every day.
• Once an order is invoiced, it cannot be modified in any way. Contact us if you foresee a problem.
• Orders will be picked and packed only during normal business hours.
• Orders will be shipped on non-holiday weekdays.

 

In-Store Pickup Policy

• For free "in-store" pickup orders, simply choose this option at checkout.
• Your order will be held for 5 (five) days and if not picked up, will be re-stocked and your purchase will be credited back to your credit card less a 10% re-stocking fee.

Gift Cards

• Gift Cards of any denomination may be purchased here or on the home page of this website.

 

Backorders and Pre-Orders

• Call or e-mail regarding out-of-stock items for later shipment.
• We cannot backorder discontinued items.
• Items cannot be added to a backorder.

 

Paying

• We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.

 

Shipping

• We use UPS, Fedex, and the USPS for shipping.
• We ship to domestic United States addresses only.
• We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping.
• Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
• Hog Heaven is not responsible damage during shipping, or loss or damage after delivery

 

Shipping Restrictions

• Shippers have imposed restrictions on some types of merchandise such as:
  • Lithium Batteries and Products Which Include Them
  • Rocket Motors
  • Paint and Thinners
  • Aerosols
  • Glue

Oversize and / or Heavy Items

• Certain items are annotated Store PickUp only.

 

Technical Problems

• Before you do anything else, read the instructions and follow them step-by-step.
• If that fails to resolve the issue, contact them item’s manufacturer.
• Contact the manufacturer for warranty issues and technical support
• Contact us.

Returning Merchandise

• We will accept any new, unused items in original packaging within 30 days from purchase. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
• No merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization from Hog Heaven Hobbies.
• Hog Heaven reserves the right to refuse any return.
• Returns will be shipped at customer’s expense.
